The Heritage Academy Heroes soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting East Valley Athletes for Christ Eagles to 2 in the Heroes league victory on Monday.

The Heroes now hold a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to 91st Psalm Christian School for a CAA D2 bout on Wednesday, April 9. Heritage Academy will play a Eagles squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Tri-City Christian Academy (Chandler, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, East Valley Athletes for Christ moves to 3-3 on the year. The Eagles host Heritage Academy Gateway (Queen Creek, AZ) to play the Heroes in a CAA D2 bout on Tuesday, April 8. The Heroes go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Heritage Academy Gateway won 6-1 in their recent league bout against Tri-City Christian Academy (Chandler, AZ)
