In Monday's league outing, the visiting Manteo Redskins soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Holmes Aces.
The Redskins (9-4) will now prepare for their outing against First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC). The Nighthawks go into the Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing with a 11-2 record. In their last outing, First Flight got by Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC), 9-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Aces confront the Northeastern Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a Northeastern Coastal 2A/3A outing, on Wednesday, April 9. Holmes will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 4-7 record after their 9-0 league loss to First Flight (Kill Devil Hills, NC).
