In Monday's non-league test, the South Lyon East Cougars (South Lyon, MI) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI), by a count of 14-1.
Next up, the Cougars battle the Detroit Country Day Yellowjackets (Beverly Hills, MI) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 9. South Lyon East will attempt to move on its 3-0 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the test with a 5-1 record after their 14-3 non-league win over Brighton (Brighton, MI).
The Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Novi (Novi, MI). The Wildcats enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Novi was overwhelmed by Plymouth (Canton, MI), 12-1, in a league test.
