The Pike County Bulldogs soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Barbour County Jaguars to 0 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.

The Bulldogs now hold a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Geneva for a 4A Area 2 bout on Tuesday, April 8. Pike County will play a Panthers squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Dale County (Midland City, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 0-7.

With the loss, Barbour County moves to 1-8 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Long (Skipperville, AL) to play the Rebels in a 1A-3A Area 2 bout on Friday, April 11. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 3-15. Long 1-1 in their recent league bout against Northside Methodist Academy (Dothan, AL)
