Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host WACO Warriors (Wayland, IA), 4-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Fairfield moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Trojans host Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, IA) to clash with the Panthers in a Southeast test on Thursday, April 10. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 4-2. Mt. Pleasant won 9-0 in their recent non-league test against Winfield-Mt. Union (Winfield, IA)

The Warriors now sport a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Central Lee for a SE IA Super test on Tuesday, April 8. WACO will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Keokuk (Keokuk, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 3-0.
