The Animo Venice Pirates overwhelmed the visiting Animo Robinson Monarchs softball squad by a count of 27-0 in Monday's league challenge.
Next, the Pirates meet the Alliance Health Services Academy Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown/Ocean challenge, on Thursday, April 10. Animo Venice will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Wolves go into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 21-3 league loss to Los Angeles Academy of Arts & Enterprise (Los Angeles, CA).
