The Geneva County Bulldogs softball team scored 14 runs and held the visiting Northside Methodist Academy Knights to 5 in the Bulldogs non-league win on Monday.

The Bulldogs now possess a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rehobeth for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 9. Geneva County will confront a Rebels team coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Eufaula (Eufaula, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 10-12.

With the loss, Northside Methodist Academy moves to 0-6 on the season. The Knights host Ariton (Ariton, AL) to confront the Purple Cats in a non-league battle on Monday, April 7. The Purple Cats come into the battle with a record of 10-10. Ariton lost 5-0 in their recent non-league battle against Straughn (Andalusia, AL)
