California High School Softball - Rancho Dominguez gets by Narbonne

The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Rancho Dominguez Lobos (Long Beach, CA) and the host Narbonne Gauchos (Harbor City, CA), observed Rancho Dominguez's softball team get by Narbonne by a tally of 9-8.

The Lobos (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Banning (Wilmington, CA). The Pilots go into the Marine bout with a 5-12 record. In their last bout, Banning was nipped by San Pedro (San Pedro, CA), 8-3, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Gauchos clash with the Carson Colts (Carson, CA) in a Marine bout, on Thursday, April 10. Narbonne will attempt to advance on its 11-3 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 13-1 record after their 29-0 league win over Gardena (Gardena, CA).
