In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Bloomfield Bobcats baseball team scored a nice 21-0 victory over the Gallup Bengals.
The Bobcats (10-5) will now prepare for their game against Shiprock (Shiprock, NM). The Chieftains enter the non-league game with a 2-8 record. In their last game, Shiprock was overwhelmed by Aztec (Aztec, NM), 24-4, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bengals face the Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 9. Gallup will attempt to improve on its 0-6 season record. The Broncos enter the game with a 6-7 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Miyamura (Gallup, NM).
