California High School Softball - Stagg knocked off by Chavez

April 7, 2026: Stockton, CA 95212

In Tuesday's league test, the Chavez Titans (Stockton, CA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Stagg Delta Kings (Stockton, CA), by a count of 11-3.

Next, the Titans meet the McNair Eagles (Stockton, CA) in a San Joaquin Athletic Association test, on Wednesday, April 8. Chavez will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 4-7 record after their 12-2 league loss to Bear Creek (Stockton, CA).

The Delta Kings (1-12) will now prepare for their test against Edison (Stockton, CA). The Vikings go into the San Joaquin Athletic Association test with a 12-7 record. In their last test, Edison toppled Franklin (Stockton, CA), 5-3, in a league test.
