Louisiana High School Softball - Ringgold topped by Doyline

Doyline Panthers (Doyline, LA) backers left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Ringgold Redskins (Ringgold, LA), 12-2 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Doyline upgrades its record to 11-5 on the year. The Panthers host Minden (Minden, LA) to play the Crimson Tide in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 8. The Crimson Tide enter the game with a record of 10-12. Minden lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Logansport (Logansport, LA)

The Redskins now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Arcadia for a 1A District 1 game on Wednesday, April 8. Ringgold will play a Hornets squad coming off a 19-1 non-league loss to Carroll (Monroe, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 2-6.
