In Tuesday's league match, the host Millbrook Pioneers softball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the Skyline Hawks.
The Pioneers (3-4) will now prepare for their match against James Wood (Winchester, VA). The Colonels come into the Northwestern match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, James Wood notched a victory over Handley (Winchester, VA), 24-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Handley Judges (Winchester, VA) in a Northwestern match, on Thursday, April 9. Skyline will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Judges come into the match with a 1-4 record after their 24-1 league loss to James Wood (Winchester, VA).
