The Callaway Cavaliers baseball team (Hogansville, GA), was overwhelmed 16-9 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Haralson County Rebels (Tallapoosa, GA)

The Rebels now hold a 8-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heard County for a AA Region 5 outing on Tuesday, April 12. Haralson County will face a Braves team coming off a 3-2 league win over Bremen (Bremen, GA). The Braves record now stands at 9-12.

Next, the Cavaliers face the LaGrange Grangers (LaGrange, GA) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, April 9. Callaway will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Grangers enter the outing with a 16-6 record after their 15-0 league win over Jordan (Columbus, GA).
