The Rancho Cucamonga Cougars baseball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Chino Hills Huskies to 5 in the Cougars league victory on Friday.
The Cougars (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Upland (Upland, CA). The Highlanders/Scots go into the Baseline match with a 9-10 record. In their last match, Upland edged Damien (La Verne, CA), 3-2, in a league challenge.
With the defeat, Chino Hills falls to 9-9 on the season. The Huskies travel to Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA) to encounter the Eagles in a Baseline challenge on Monday, April 11. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-7. Etiwanda lost 7-5 in their recent league challenge against Los Osos (Rancho Cucamonga, CA)
