The Vidalia Indians crushed the visiting East Laurens Falcons baseball team by a count of 7-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Indians now possess a 14-9 record. They take the field next when they host Jeff Davis for a AA Region 2 bout on Tuesday, April 12. Vidalia will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 10-1 league win over Swainsboro (Swainsboro, GA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 14-7.
Next, the Falcons face the Toombs County Bulldogs (Lyons, GA) in a AA Region 2 bout, on Tuesday, April 12. East Laurens will attempt to move on its 0-16 season record. The Bulldogs enter the bout with a 6-14 record after their 6-3 league loss to Bacon County (Alma, GA).
