Spectators at Friday's league battle between the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) and the host Gadsden Panthers (Anthony, NM), saw Las Cruces's baseball squad knock off Gadsden by a count of 11-9.
Coming up next, the Bulldawgs play the Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) in a 5A District 3 battle, on Monday, April 11. Las Cruces will attempt to move on its 13-4 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 7-13 record after their 5-4 league loss to Organ Mountain (Las Cruces, NM).
