California High School Baseball - Rio Mesa loses to Pacifica

The Rio Mesa Spartans baseball team (Oxnard, CA), was overwhelmed 8-4 in Friday's league outing with the visiting Pacifica Tritons (Oxnard, CA)

The Tritons now hold a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buena for a Pacific View outing on Tuesday, April 12. Pacifica will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-5 non-league loss to Righetti (Santa Maria, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-4.

Next, the Spartans confront the Oxnard Yellowjackets (Oxnard, CA) in a Pacific View outing, on Tuesday, April 12. Rio Mesa will attempt to advance on its 8-12 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the outing with a 7-9 record after their 3-2 league win over Ventura (Ventura, CA).
