The Pinewood Christian Patriots crushed the host St. Andrew's Lions baseball team by a count of 11-0 in Friday's league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 13-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bulloch Academy for a GISA AAA Region 2 bout on Monday, April 11. Pinewood Christian will face a Gators team coming off a 17-7 non-league loss to John Milledge Academy (Milledgeville, GA). The Gators record now stands at 11-5.
Next, the Lions face the Thomas Heyward Academy Rebels (Ridgeland, SC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 14. St. Andrew's will attempt to move on its 1-18 season record. The Rebels enter the bout with a 3-5 record after their 9-1 league loss to Hilton Head Prep (Hilton Head Island, SC).
