The South Effingham Mustangs (Guyton, GA) baseball the host Statesboro Blue Devils (Statesboro, GA), 3-1 in Friday's league contest.

Coming up next, the Mustangs play the Effingham County Rebels (Springfield, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 2 contest, on Monday, April 11. South Effingham will attempt to better on its 18-6 season record. The Rebels enter the contest with a 12-12 record after their 7-6 league win over Glynn Academy (Brunswick, GA).
