In Friday's league game, the host West Stokes Wildcats baseball team scored a nice 13-0 victory over the T.W. Andrews Red Raiders.
The Wildcats (11-3) will now prepare for their game against Morehead (Eden, NC). The Panthers go into the Mid-State 2A game with a 11-2 record. In their last game, Morehead was overwhelmed by McMichael (Mayodan, NC), 3-1, in a league game.
The Red Raiders (3-10) will now prepare for their game against Ben L. Smith (Greensboro, NC). The Golden Eagles go into the non-league game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Ben L. Smith was overwhelmed by High Point Central (High Point, NC), 12-0, in a league game.
