In Friday's league test, the host Bishop O'Dowd Dragons lacrosse squad scored a good 17-0 victory over the Newark Memorial Cougars.
The Dragons now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Washington for a Western Athletic Conference test on Monday, April 11. Bishop O'Dowd will face a Huskies squad coming off a 7-1 league loss to Newark Memorial (Newark, CA). The Huskies record now stands at 1-3.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) in a non-league test, on Monday, April 11. Newark Memorial will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Matadors come into the test with a 4-8 record after their 20-5 league win over Alhambra (Martinez, CA).
