In Friday's league outing, the host Andrews Mustangs softball team scored a close 8-7 win over the Seminole Indians.
Coming up next, the Mustangs battle the Fort Stockton Panthers (Fort Stockton, TX) in a 4A Region I District 2 outing, on Tuesday, April 12. Andrews will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Panthers enter the outing with a 10-11 record after their 7-5 league loss to Greenwood (Midland, TX).
The Indians (14-7) will now prepare for their outing against Monahans (Monahans, TX). The Loboes enter the 4A Region I District 2 outing with a 17-5 record. In their last outing, Monahans tipped Pecos (Pecos, TX), 12-2, in a league outing.
