The Madison County Tigers routed the visiting Kate Duncan Smith DAR Patriots softball squad by a final score of 12-2 in Friday's league battle.

The Tigers (13-11) will now prepare for their battle against New Hope (New Hope, AL). The Indians go into the 4A Area 14 battle with a 3-11 record. In their last battle, New Hope topped Kate Duncan Smith DAR (Grant, AL), 7-5, in a league battle.
