The crowd at Friday's league match between the Middletown Mustangs (Middletown, CA) and the host Kelseyville Knights (Kelseyville, CA), saw Middletown's softball squad achieve victory over Kelseyville by a count of 18-3.

The Mustangs now sport a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fort Bragg for a North Central I match on Tuesday, April 12. Middletown will face a Timberwolves squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Cloverdale (Cloverdale, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 11-4.

With the loss, Kelseyville falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Knights travel to St. Helena (St. Helena, CA) to face the Saints in a North Central I match on Tuesday, April 12. The Saints enter the match with a record of 8-5. St. Helena won 5-2 in their recent league match against Clear Lake (Lakeport, CA)
