Spectators at Friday's league match between the Pisgah Bears (Canton, NC) and the host North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC), witnessed Pisgah's softball squad tip North Henderson by a count of 8-1.

The Bears now sport a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Brevard for a non-league match on Monday, April 18. Pisgah will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 5-4 league loss to Chase (Forest City, NC). The Blue Devils record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, North Henderson falls to 1-11 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Chase (Forest City, NC) to encounter the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, April 11. The Trojans enter the test with a record of 10-2. Chase won 5-4 in their recent league test against Brevard (Brevard, NC)
