The Pearl River Central Blue Devils softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Picayune Maroon Tide to 3 in the Blue Devils league triumph on Friday.

The Vikings come into the game with a record of 12-17. Montgomery lost 10-6 in their recent league game against Baker (Mobile, AL)

In their next game, the Maroon Tide clash with the Biloxi Indians (Biloxi, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 9. Picayune will attempt to improve on its 3-8 season record. The Indians come into the game with a 6-11 record after their 17-2 league loss to Hancock (Kiln, MS).
