Walnut Mustangs (Walnut, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Rowland Raiders (Rowland Heights, CA), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 14-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Hills for a Hacienda challenge on Monday, April 18.

With the loss, Rowland falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Raiders host Wilson (Hacienda Heights, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a Hacienda challenge on Tuesday, April 12. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 5-8.
