Illinois High School Baseball - Armstrong loses to Heyworth

In Saturday's non-league game, the host Heyworth Hornets baseball team scored a nice 8-0 victory over the Armstrong Trojans.
The Hornets (3-8) will now prepare for their game against LeRoy (LeRoy, IL). The Panthers go into the Heart of Illinois game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, LeRoy ran past Arthur-Lovington/Atwood-Hammond (Arthur, IL), 13-3, in a non-league game.
The Trojans (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman (Georgetown, IL). The Buffaloes go into the Vermilion Valley game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Georgetown-Ridge Farm/Chrisman was overwhelmed by Westville (Westville, IL), 16-3, in a league game.
