The Middletown Islanders baseball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Mt. Hope Huskies to 4 in the Islanders non-league victory on Saturday.

The Islanders (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Prout (Wakefield, RI). The Crusaders go into the Division 2 match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Prout was edged by St. Raphael Academy (Pawtucket, RI), 8-6, in a league match.
