The Mountain View Cougars baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host South Salem Saxons to 4 in the Cougars non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cougars (5-4) will now prepare for their match against Redmond (Redmond, OR). The Panthers go into the 5A Intermountain match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Redmond was overwhelmed by Pendleton (Pendleton, OR), 6-3, in a non-league match.
