The Los Alamitos Griffins volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Kennedy Fighting Irish to 0 in the Griffins non-league victory on Saturday.

The Griffins now have a 17-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orange Lutheran for a non-league game on Saturday, April 8. Los Alamitos will confront a Lancers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Mater Dei (Santa Ana, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 17-9.

The Fighting Irish (8-13) will now prepare for their game against Tustin (Tustin, CA). The Tillers enter the Empire game with a 15-10 record. In their last game, Tustin dropped by North (Torrance, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
