In Saturday's league test, the host Sachem North lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-7 victory over the Sachem East .
The now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Patchogue-Medford for a Section 11 I test on Monday, April 17.
In their next game, the face the Patchogue-Medford Raiders (Medford, NY) in a Section 11 I test, on Saturday, April 15. Sachem East will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
