Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM), 12-7 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 15-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Capital for a 5A District 5 challenge on Saturday, April 8. Albuquerque will battle a Jaguars squad coming off a 18-8 league win over Rio Grande (Albuquerque, NM). The Jaguars record now stands at 12-2.

With the loss, Capital falls to 12-4 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM) to battle the Bulldogs in a 5A District 5 challenge on Saturday, April 8. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 13-5. Albuquerque won 15-0 in their recent league challenge against Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM)
