JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA), 19-3 in a league challenge.

The Huskies now sport a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they host Moreno Valley for a Inland Valley challenge on Tuesday, April 11. JW North will face a Vikings squad coming off a 19-4 non-league loss to Arlington (Riverside, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Canyon Springs falls to 5-12 on the year. The Cougars travel to Hillcrest (Riverside, CA) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league test on Monday, April 10. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 14-6. Hillcrest won 2-1 in their recent league test against La Sierra (Riverside, CA)
