The Unioto Shermans softball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Hillsboro Indians to 6 in the Shermans non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Unioto moves its record to 9-1 on the year. The Shermans host Piketon (Piketon, OH) to clash with the Redstreaks in a Scioto Valley game on Monday, April 10. The Redstreaks come into the game with a record of 2-1.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Washington Blue Lions (Washington Courthouse, OH) in a Frontier Athletic game, on Monday, April 10. Hillsboro will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
