New Mexico High School Softball - Los Alamos bounces Pojoaque Valley

April 8, 2023: Los Alamos, NM 87544

The Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) softball routed the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM), 12-0 in Saturday's league bout.

The Hilltoppers (12-6) will now prepare for their bout against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM). The Matadors go into the non-league bout with a 10-7 record. In their last bout, Sandia toppled Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM), 14-5, in a league bout.

The Elks/Elkettes now possess a 4-11 record. They play next when they host Espanola Valley for a 4A District 2 bout on Wednesday, April 12. Pojoaque Valley will confront a Sundevils squad coming off a 18-4 non-league win over Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 5-11.
