With the triumph, Normal West moves its record to 10-4 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Pontiac (Pontiac, IL) to play the Indians in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 8. The Indians come into the contest with a record of 5-2. Pontiac lost 8-6 in their recent non-league contest against Manteno (Manteno, IL)

In their next game, the Comets play the Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL) in a Illinois Central Eight contest, on Monday, April 10. Reed-Custer will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Lions come into the contest with a 0-7 record after their 11-7 non-league loss to Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL).
