The Southwestern Warriors softball team (Somerset, KY), was routed 8-5 in Saturday's non-league test with the host Rockcastle County Rockets (Mt. Vernon, KY)

Coming up next, the Rockets clash with the Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) in a District 47 test, on Monday, April 10. Rockcastle County will attempt to improve on its 4-4 season record. The Briar Jumpers come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 8-7 non-league win over Marion County (Lebanon, KY).

The Warriors (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Indians come into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
