The Geneva Panthers baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Charles Henderson Trojans to 2 in the Panthers non-league victory on Monday.
The Panthers (4-14) will now prepare for their match against Slocomb (Slocomb, AL). The Red Tops go into the 4A Area 3 match with a 11-11 record. In their last match, Slocomb tipped Cottondale (Cottondale, FL), 13-3, in a non-league match.
The Trojans (13-14) will now prepare for their match against Carroll (Ozark, AL). The Eagles go into the 5A Area 3 match with a 13-13 record. In their last match, Carroll tipped Ashford (Ashford, AL), 15-5, in a non-league match.
