The Howell Vikings baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the visiting Seckman Jaguars to 3 in the Vikings non-league victory on Monday.
The Vikings (9-3) will now prepare for their match against Troy-Buchanan (Troy, MO). The Trojans enter the non-league outing with a 7-10 record. In their last outing, Troy-Buchanan nudged Fatima (Westphalia, MO), 4-0, in a non-league outing.
Next, the Jaguars face the Jackson Fighting Indians (Jackson, MO) in a Class 6 District 1 outing, on Wednesday, April 10. Seckman will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Fighting Indians enter the outing with a 11-3 record after their 11-0 league win over Central (Cape Girardeau, MO).
