The Landstown Eagles crushed the host Kempsville Chiefs baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cox for a Beach bout on Tuesday, April 9. Landstown will face a Falcons team coming off a 9-1 non-league loss to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Falcons record now stands at 5-2.
Next, the Chiefs face the Salem Sundevils (Virginia Beach, VA) in a Beach bout, on Tuesday, April 9. Kempsville will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Sundevils enter the bout with a 1-7 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Lake City (Lake City, SC).
