In Monday's non-league challenge, the Otis Bulldogs (Otis, CO) baseball squad edged the visiting Merino Rams (Merino, CO), by a final score of 7-6.

With the win, Otis upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bulldogs host Haxtun (Haxtun, CO) to encounter the Fightin' Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 11. The Fightin' Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Haxtun won 18-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Briggsdale (Briggsdale, CO)
