Oklahoma High School Baseball - Rush Springs loses to Velma-Alma

The Rush Springs Redskins baseball team (Rush Springs, OK), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Monday's league outing with the visiting Velma-Alma Comets (Velma, OK)

The Comets now hold a 15-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Elmore City-Pernell for a non-league outing on Tuesday, April 9. Velma-Alma will face a Badgers team coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Hobart (Hobart, OK). The Badgers record now stands at 11-8.

Next, the Redskins face the Wilson Eagles (Wilson, OK) in a Oilfield outing, on Tuesday, April 9. Rush Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 11-7 record after their 10-9 league win over Walters (Walters, OK).
