The Yates Center Wildcats crushed the visiting St. Paul Indians baseball team by a count of 12-5 in Monday's league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jayhawk Linn for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 11. Yates Center will face a Jayhawks team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Oswego (Oswego, KS). The Jayhawks record now stands at 1-7.
Next, the Indians face the Marmaton Valley Wildcats (Moran, KS) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 18. St. Paul will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record.
