The Topsail Pirates routed the host Northside - Jacksonville Monarchs softball squad by a final score of 18-1 in Monday's non-league battle.
The Pirates (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Laney was routed by North Brunswick (Leland, NC), 6-4, in a non-league battle.
