Mountain View Wildcats (Stafford, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting North Stafford Wolverines (Stafford, VA), 23-1 in a league battle.

The Wildcats now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Stafford for a Commonwealth match on Thursday, April 11. Mountain View will play a Indians team coming off a 5-1 league win over Massaponax (Spotsylvania, VA). The Indians record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, North Stafford drops to 2-4 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Colonial Forge (Stafford, VA) to play the Eagles in a Commonwealth match on Thursday, April 11. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 5-2. Colonial Forge lost 14-3 in their recent non-league match against Freedom (South Riding, VA)
