Neshannock Lancers (New Castle, PA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Aliquippa Quips (Aliquippa, PA), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Lancers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shenango for a WPIAL 2A 1 challenge on Wednesday, April 10. Neshannock will battle a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 league win over New Brighton (New Brighton, PA). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Aliquippa falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Quips travel to Shenango (New Castle, PA) to battle the Wildcats in a WPIAL 2A 1 challenge on Wednesday, April 17. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 1-4.
