Pennsylvania High School Softball - North Penn bounces Central Bucks East

Spectators at Monday's league match between the North Penn Knights (Lansdale, PA) and the host Central Bucks East Patriots (Doylestown, PA), witnessed North Penn's softball squad prevail over Central Bucks East by a count of 14-0.

The Knights now sport a 6-1 record. They play next when they host Pennsbury for a non-league match on Thursday, April 11. North Penn will meet a Falcons squad coming off a 11-9 league win over Council Rock North (Newtown, PA). The Falcons record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Central Bucks East moves to 0-1 on the season. The Patriots host Bensalem (Bensalem, PA) to meet the Fighting Owls in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 16. The Fighting Owls go into the match with a record of 1-1. Bensalem lost 12-4 in their recent non-league match against Souderton (Souderton, PA)
