The Chatham Panthers softball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Watervliet Cannoneers to 1 in the Panthers league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Chatham improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Panthers travel to Maple Hill (Castleton on Hudson, NY) to clash with the Wildcats in a Section 2 Patroon game on Tuesday, April 9. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Cannoneers clash with the Hudson Blue Hawks (Hudson, NY) in a Section 2 Patroon game, on Tuesday, April 9. Watervliet will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
