Fayetteville Bulldogs (Fayetteville, AR) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Prairie Grove Tigers (Prairie Grove, AR), 18-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 6-8 record. They take the field next when they host Har-Ber for a 6A West challenge on Tuesday, April 9. Fayetteville will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Vilonia (Vilonia, AR). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-4.

With the loss, Prairie Grove falls to 4-19 on the campaign. The Tigers host Gravette (Gravette, AR) to face the Lions in a 4A Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, April 9. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 9-7. Gravette lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Bentonville (Bentonville, AR)
